1) Fast food throws all he efforts to the bin

When you decide to start the weigh loss program you usually try to get rid of all the food there is in your house. You usually feel like this is the first step you need to take. You may consider that the less food you have in your fridge the more chance there is that you will eat nothing but this is wrong. Starving is not a part of the program. We need to find healthy solutions that won’t affect head or other parts of the body. Not getting enough food when you need to is not a solution. You have to start eating little portions but more times per day. This is how your stomach will not feel empty. You will constantly have something inside. Try to keep yourself away from fast-food.
